다채로운 체험 프로그램으로 뜻깊은 경험 제공
중랑구는 지난 10일 용마폭포공원에서 약 2,500명의 청소년들이 참여한 가운데 2024 중랑청소년 진로박람회를 성공적으로 개최했다. 이번 박람회는 청소년들이 자신의 적성과 흥미를 발견하고 미래 진로를 설계할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련되었으며, 다채로운 체험 프로그램을 통해 중랑구의 청소년들에게 뜻깊은 경험을 제공했다.
On October 10, Jungnang District hosted the 2024 Jungnang Youth Career Expo at Yongma Waterfall Park, drawing in approximately 2,500 enthusiastic young participants. Designed to empower students in exploring their aptitudes and setting personalized career goals, the expo delivered a comprehensive array of hands-on experiences to inspire and guide the district’s youth in meaningful ways.
진로진학, 직업체험, 마을네트워크 3개 구역으로 진행
2024 중랑청소년 진로박람회는 크게 세 가지 주제 구역으로 나누어 진행되었다. ▲진로진학 구역에서는 특성화 고등학교 25개교가 참여해 학과별 체험과 함께 전문 교사의 진학 상담을 제공했으며, ▲직업체험 구역에서는 커피전문가(바리스타), 조향사 등 다양한 직업을 직접 체험할 수 있는 기회를 마련했다. 또한, ▲마을네트워크 구역에서는 복지센터와 인권센터 등 지역 사회에 필수적인 기관을 소개하며 청소년들이 지역사회와 소통할 수 있는 장을 제공했다.
This year’s career expo was divided into three primary sections. The Career and Education Zone featured 25 specialized high schools, where teachers offered expert guidance and in-depth information on each field, helping students plan for higher education. In the Career Experience Zone, students had the opportunity to try various professions firsthand, including barista and fragrance specialist, while the Community Network Zone introduced essential local resources like welfare and human rights centers, building a bridge between young people and their community.
약 2,500여 명의 학생들은 각자의 관심사에 따라 자유롭게 체험 부스를 방문하며 진로에 대한 다양한 선택지를 탐색할 수 있었다. 특히, 이번 박람회는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 맞춘 기술 체험 부스를 강화하여 큰 호응을 얻었다. AI 스티커 촬영과 가상현실(VR) 체험 트럭 등 첨단 기술을 접할 수 있는 부스는 학생들에게 신선한 자극을 주었고, 다가올 미래에 대한 기대감을 높였다.
The 2,500 students were encouraged to explore booths freely according to their interests, engaging with diverse career options. Reflecting the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the expo offered interactive booths on advanced technology, such as AI sticker photography and a Virtual Reality (VR) truck, which drew considerable interest and excitement from the students.
송곡여중의 한 학생은 “가상현실 트럭을 통해 평소에는 접하기 어려운 VR을 직접 체험할 수 있어서 매우 재미있었고, 다양한 직업을 알아볼 수 있어서 뜻깊은 시간이었다”고 소감을 밝혔다. 이러한 다양한 프로그램은 청소년들에게 새로운 기술과 직업 세계를 경험할 기회를 제공하며, 진로 탐색 과정에서 폭넓은 시야를 갖도록 도와주었다.
One student from Songgok Girls’ Middle School expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “It was amazing to experience VR firsthand through the truck. This isn’t something I usually have access to, and learning about different careers was both eye-opening and inspiring.” Through this rich variety of programs, students encountered new technologies and gained a broader perspective on the possibilities in their future paths.
중랑구는 앞으로도 다양한 직업 세계를 경험하고, 스스로의 적성에 맞는 진로를 탐색할 수 있도록 더욱 많은 기회를 제공할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
