11월 1일부터 11월 14일까지 중랑구는 ‘중랑행복글판’ 겨울편 문안을 공모한다. 이번 공모는 겨울의 정서를 담아 모든 세대가 공감할 수 있는 30자 이내의 순수 창작 글귀를 모집하며, 선정된 글귀는 중랑구청사 외벽에 게시되어 주민들에게 따뜻한 위로와 감동을 전할 예정이다.
From November 1 to 14, Jungnang District is holding a slogan contest for the winter edition of its “Happiness Billboard.” The contest seeks short, heartfelt messages of up to 30 characters that capture the essence of winter, offering comfort and warmth to the community. The selected slogans will be displayed on the district office’s exterior, bringing warmth and inspiration to residents.
공모 내용과 참가 자격
중랑구에 거주하거나 사업장을 둔 사람이라면 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 1인당 한 작품을 제출할 수 있다. 공모 글귀는 겨울이라는 계절에 어울리는 따뜻한 메시지를 담아야 하며, 지역 주민들이 느낄 수 있는 감성적이고 위로가 되는 문구가 요구된다. 접수 방법은 중랑구청 홈페이지를 통한 온라인 접수 외에도, 구청 행정지원과 방문 접수 및 우편 접수로도 가능해 접근성을 높였다.
Anyone who lives or works in Jungnang District can participate, with a limit of one entry per person. The messages should embody winter’s spirit and convey sentiments that resonate with all ages. Submission is available online through the Jungnang District Office website or by visiting or mailing entries to the district’s administrative support department, making participation accessible to all.

상금과 문안선정위원회 심사
접수된 작품들은 내·외부 위원들로 구성된 문안선정위원회의 심사를 거쳐 6개의 작품이 선정된다. 당선작은 서울사랑상품권 50만원이 수여되며, 가작 5작품에는 각각 10만원 상당의 상품권이 주어진다. 선정된 글귀는 따뜻한 겨울의 이미지를 담은 디자인과 함께 12월부터 다음 해 2월까지 중랑구청 외벽에 게시되어, 지역 주민들에게 작은 행복을 선사할 예정이다.
A committee of internal and external judges will review the submissions and select six outstanding entries. The winning entry will be awarded a 500,000 KRW Seoul Love Gift Certificate, while five runner-up entries will each receive a 100,000 KRW certificate. The chosen slogans, designed with winter imagery, will be displayed on the Jungnang District Office wall from December through February, bringing a touch of happiness to the community.
구청장의 기대와 가을편 당선작 소개
류경기 중랑구청장은 “이번 공모전이 중랑구 주민들이 서로 따뜻한 마음을 나눌 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다”며, “사계절을 담은 글귀를 통해 주민들이 일상 속에서 작은 행복을 느낄 수 있길 기대한다”고 전했다. 한편, 지난 가을편에서는 김경화 님의 ‘단풍 물든 가을처럼, 당신의 미소가 모두의 마음을 물들입니다’가 선정되어 구민들에게 큰 호응을 얻은 바 있다.
Jungnang District Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi expressed his hope that this contest will help residents share warm words and find comfort during the cold season. He also encouraged participation, wishing that residents would find joy in seeing the seasonal slogans in their daily lives. The winner of the recent autumn contest, Kim Kyung-hwa, won praise for her entry, “Like the autumn leaves, your smile colors everyone’s heart.”
중랑구의 ‘중랑행복글판’은 계절에 맞는 주민들의 창작 글귀를 통해 지역사회에 따뜻함을 전하고 있다. 이번 겨울편 공모전은 추운 겨울, 주민들이 따뜻한 감성과 공감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 의미 있는 행사로 자리 잡을 것으로 기대된다.
