Operating a business called 'Warm Voice Greetings Call'

Yeonsu-gu ( Mayor Lee Jae-ho ) Yeonsu 2- dong Administrative Welfare Center ( Director Kim Seong-hee ) operates the Warm Voice Well-being Phone Call project to identify low-income single- person households in the region at risk of being blind spots in welfare and to continuously check on their well-being .

This project provides customized welfare linkage services by having volunteers, welfare account managers , and members of the local community security council understand the living conditions of the target group through regular phone calls at least twice a month .

Recently, due to the increase in single- person households, the existing family-centered care function has weakened, and the need to identify welfare recipients who have fallen into blind spots of care due to social network disconnection and to provide continuous management has increased .

Director Kim Seong-hee said , We will continue to do our best to build a tight social safety net by continuously discovering low-income single- person households in the region who are in blind spots of care and providing services to check on their well-being .
