Miluga<\/h3>\n

Il \u00e9tait un gar\u00e7on.<\/p>\n

Un jour, alors qu’il \u00e9tait en seconde au lyc\u00e9e, il se rendit dans une petite boutique au sommet d’une colline pour faire une course. C’\u00e9tait une petite boutique tenue par un couple de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. \u00c0 l’int\u00e9rieur, il y avait une fille du m\u00eame \u00e2ge qui semblait chercher quelque chose, mais le gar\u00e7on n’y pr\u00eata pas attention et essaya d’acheter ce dont il avait besoin et de partir.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, la propri\u00e9taire de la boutique, une dame \u00e2g\u00e9e, appela le gar\u00e7on. Elle lui tendit un petit morceau de papier et lui demanda de lire ce qui y \u00e9tait \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n

Sur le mot \u00e9tait \u00e9crit \u00ab Miluga \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Le gar\u00e7on pensa \u00e0 un mot qu’il pouvait deviner. Il ne pensa qu’\u00e0 \u00ab farine \u00bb et sugg\u00e9ra que c’\u00e9tait peut-\u00eatre de la farine. La dame fut reconnaissante, et le gar\u00e7on rentra chez lui.<\/p>\n

Cependant, il n’arr\u00eatait pas d’y penser. \u00ab La propri\u00e9taire de la boutique sait probablement lire\u2026 \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Le lendemain, le gar\u00e7on retourna \u00e0 la boutique.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le “Miluga” \u00e9crit sur le mot que vous m’avez montr\u00e9 hier, n’avait-il pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit par cette fille pr\u00e8s de l’entr\u00e9e ? \u00bb<\/p>\n

La dame fut surprise et demanda comment il le savait. La fille avait un handicap qui rendait la communication verbale difficile. Elle avait \u00e9crit \u00ab Miluga \u00bb sur le papier parce qu’elle ne pouvait pas communiquer pour acheter un sac de farine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ce jour-l\u00e0, le gar\u00e7on prit une d\u00e9cision. S’il se trouvait un jour en position d’aider quelqu’un, il aiderait d’abord ceux qui sont physiquement handicap\u00e9s ou qui manquent d’opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives, ceux qui sont socialement vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n

35 ans plus tard<\/h3>\n

35 ans ont pass\u00e9. Le gar\u00e7on a fond\u00e9 SmileStory Inc. en Cor\u00e9e du Sud en 2009 et a \u00e9tabli WIA (World Certification Industry Association) en Estonie en 2018. Avec l’intention de faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier le monde de la technologie la plus avanc\u00e9e de l’humanit\u00e9, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une technologie pour tenir cette promesse.<\/p>\n

WIA Talk<\/strong> \u2014 Une plateforme universelle de langue des signes qui permet de communiquer avec n’importe qui en utilisant une seule langue des signes 3D, sans avoir besoin d’apprendre diff\u00e9rentes langues des signes (ASL, KSL, BSL\u2026) pour chaque pays. Et WIA Braille<\/strong> (wiabraille.com<\/a>) \u2014 Un syst\u00e8me de braille universel bas\u00e9 sur l’API (Alphabet Phon\u00e9tique International) qui permet de lire en 7 000 langues une fois appris. Pour les sourds, il y a WIA Talk, et pour les aveugles, il y a WIA Braille. Lorsque ces deux syst\u00e8mes se rencontrent, les sourds et les aveugles peuvent communiquer directement sans interpr\u00e8te. Cela n’a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 nulle part.<\/p>\n

La technologie est pr\u00eate. L’avatar 3D montre la langue des signes, synchronise les mouvements des l\u00e8vres et exprime des \u00e9motions. Mais pour que cet avatar bouge plus naturellement \u2014 des donn\u00e9es de mouvements r\u00e9els des mains humaines<\/strong> sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n

Cela a pris 35 ans. Pendant ce temps, il y a certainement eu des personnes qui sont reparties sans avoir pu acheter un sac de farine. Si cela avait \u00e9t\u00e9 plus rapide, cela aurait pu atteindre une personne de plus, plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n

Maintenant, des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sont recrut\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment dans 254 r\u00e9gions linguistiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Coordonn\u00e9es des mains<\/strong> \u2014 Coordonn\u00e9es X, Y, Z (chiffres) de 21 points d’articulation de la main. Elles reproduisent les mouvements de la main de l’avatar 3D.<\/p>\n

Valeurs d’expression faciale<\/strong> \u2014 Donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques des mouvements de la bouche, positions des sourcils, etc. (valeurs de morph target). Elles sont utilis\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er la synchronisation labiale et les expressions naturelles de l’avatar 3D.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Seuls ces chiffres sont sauvegard\u00e9s<\/strong>. Votre image faciale ou votre fichier vid\u00e9o ne restera pas sur le serveur.
