En r\u00e9unissant en un m\u00eame lieu la rencontre de partage des r\u00e9sultats, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture et la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d&#8217;installation, la ville a men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien la transition entre les deux mandats.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la rencontre de partage des r\u00e9sultats, les principales activit\u00e9s conduites par les membres de la 3e session ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retrac\u00e9es par vid\u00e9o : visites d&#8217;\u00e9quipements culturels relevant de la ville, rencontre conjointe de partage des r\u00e9sultats entre la ville et les arrondissements et districts, ou encore concert-d\u00e9bat sur les droits de l&#8217;enfant. Les membres ont notamment pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, par sous-commissions, des propositions de politiques en faveur des enfants issus de l&#8217;immigration et des enfants en situation de handicap, \u00e9labor\u00e9es \u00e0 partir des six grands droits de l&#8217;enfant. Cela montre que le Comit\u00e9 de participation des enfants a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le stade de la simple activit\u00e9 d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience pour parvenir \u00e0 formuler par lui-m\u00eame des alternatives politiques concr\u00e8tes destin\u00e9es \u00e0 ses pairs ayant besoin d&#8217;une attention particuli\u00e8re de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Les membres s&#8217;\u00e9tant distingu\u00e9s par la qualit\u00e9 de leurs activit\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u une distinction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture qui a suivi a permis de remettre aux membres de la 3e session leur certificat de fin de mandat, mettant ainsi officiellement un terme \u00e0 leurs activit\u00e9s. Au cours de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d&#8217;installation de la 4e session, tenue dans la foul\u00e9e, la remise des lettres de nomination a marqu\u00e9, en interne comme \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9but des travaux du nouveau comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 de participation des enfants est un dispositif qui permet aux enfants de ne pas rester de simples destinataires de l&#8217;action municipale, mais d&#8217;y participer comme acteurs proposant des politiques ; il pr\u00e9sente l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat que des propositions n\u00e9es du point de vue des enfants puissent r\u00e9ellement \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es aux politiques. Kim Kyung-sun, directrice du Bureau des femmes et de la famille de la ville, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Le Comit\u00e9 de participation des enfants est un pr\u00e9cieux canal gr\u00e2ce auquel les
