Cette \u0153uvre a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crite et mise en sc\u00e8ne par Choi Jae-seong, responsable de la formation et producteur de la compagnie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La pi\u00e8ce  a pour d\u00e9cor la cour d&#8217;une petite maison de campagne \u00e0 Damyang. Elle d\u00e9peint la journ\u00e9e de deux fr\u00e8res r\u00e9unis apr\u00e8s une longue s\u00e9paration, \u00e0 l&#8217;annonce que la fin de leur p\u00e8re, hospitalis\u00e9 dans une maison de repos, est proche. \u00c0 travers le conflit de ces fr\u00e8res qui oscillent entre souvenirs et r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elle \u00e9claire avec sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 la condition de l&#8217;homme d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui, prisonnier d&#8217;un quotidien affair\u00e9 et qui remet sans cesse \u00e0 plus tard l&#8217;attention port\u00e9e aux siens. L&#8217;intention est d&#8217;amener le spectateur \u00e0 se retourner sur les sentiments et les liens que, au nom m\u00eame de la famille, on a diff\u00e9r\u00e9s parce qu&#8217;ils \u00e9taient trop proches.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avant la repr\u00e9sentation principale, la s\u00e9ance sp\u00e9ciale de &#8216;Reading Stage&#8217; (th\u00e9\u00e2tre lu), organis\u00e9e en ao\u00fbt dernier, a affich\u00e9 complet les deux jours. Les \u00e9loges du public se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u2014 &#8216;sans d\u00e9cor somptueux, chaque r\u00e9plique venait toucher le c\u0153ur&#8217; ou encore &#8216;un moment qui donnait d\u00e9j\u00e0 terriblement envie de voir le spectacle principal&#8217; \u2014, confirmant le vif int\u00e9r\u00eat suscit\u00e9 par l&#8217;\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sur cette sc\u00e8ne, le com\u00e9dien Kim Se-gyeong, qui a servi le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre municipal d&#8217;Incheon durant une trentaine d&#8217;ann\u00e9es avant de prendre sa retraite comme membre principal, fera une apparition sp\u00e9ciale. Fort d&#8217;un jeu forg\u00e9 au fil des ans sur les planches, il incarne la vie et le poids des p\u00e8res de Cor\u00e9e et donne \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce son centre de gravit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le metteur en sc\u00e8ne et auteur Choi Jae-seong a re\u00e7u le Grand Prix et le Prix de la mise en sc\u00e8ne du Festival de th\u00e9\u00e2tre de S\u00e9oul 2025.
