[WIA Languages Day 0/221] Every 14 Days a Language Dies, 221 Digital Preservations Begin

At This Very Moment
A Language Is Falling Silent

14 days.
The time it takes for a language to fall silent forever.

What no one imagined has begun
WIA Languages – Day 0/221

“Sometimes it is the people who no one imagines anything of
who do the things that no one can imagine”

“What if you woke up one morning,
and you were the only person in the world who knew your mother tongue?
The last person who understands the word ‘mother’ in your language?”

Languages We’ll Save

The Life, Death, and Digital Archive of Languages

Languages, like humans, are born, grow, age, and sometimes fall silent.
But languages must not disappear.
They are humanity’s unique windows to understanding the universe.

Someone had to start this journey.
Not for glory, not for recognition,
Simply because it had to be done.

Some asked about KPIs and ROI.
Others wondered about the business model.

Some values cannot be measured in numbers,
so instead of answers, we chose quiet action.
One language a day, for 221 days, proven through code.

One WIA Code Resurrects a Civilization

WIA is not just a translation tool.
We transfer souls into digital form.

The Quiet Miracle Being Made

  • WIA Code: Every language instantly accessible in the digital world
  • Technology Experience: WIA Languages, WIA Go, WIA Tools …etc.
  • AI Language Models: Technology that lets vanished languages speak again
  • Permanent Preservation: As long as servers exist, languages live forever.

“Sometimes the small beginnings no one notices
become the massive changes that transform all humanity.”

The Sacred Journey of 221 Days

Phase 1: Extinct Languages (Day 1-10)

Languages already silenced. Records left after the last speakers departed.
We digitally resurrect them, starting with Eyak.

Phase 2: Critically Endangered (Day 11-50)

Languages with fewer than 100 speakers. Before the last flames extinguish.
Jedek, Vod, Ainu… Voices needing urgent rescue.

Phase 3: Endangered Languages (Day 51-100)

Languages with broken generational transmission. Hope still exists.
Our digital ark will safely guide them to the future.

Phase 4: Minority Languages (Day 101-150)

Small but living communities. Their identity and pride.
The right to claim their place in the digital world.

Phase 5: Major Languages (Day 151-221)

Bridges connecting the world. Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Spanish, French…
A digital world where all languages are equal. No language stands at the center.

Special Edition: Constructed Languages (5 episodes)

Quenya, Klingon, Dothraki, Na’vi, Sindarin
Languages born from human imagination also gain digital archive.

Why Now, Why Us

Language is not just a communication tool.

It is a people’s soul,
Crystallized wisdom of millennia,
A unique window to see the universe.

Every time a language disappears,
humanity forever loses one way of understanding the world.

We can stop this.
With technology and one person’s dedication.

Please Be a Witness to This History

One each day, for 221 days.
We document the journey of saving languages.

Sometimes heartbreaking stories,
Sometimes hopeful moments of resurrection,
Sometimes wondrous discoveries to share.

The Changes We Make Are Quiet, But Eternal

What no one imagined has begun
Small steps gather to become a great path
Please be a witness to this history

Tomorrow, Day 1
After Alaska’s last Eyak speaker departed
A language in silence awakens digitally

“After 221 days, the world may look the same.
But we will have created a different world.
That world where every language gains eternity.”
