L’office du Grand Parc d’Incheon a annonc\u00e9 qu’il \u00e9largirait \u00e0 titre exp\u00e9rimental, \u00e0 partir du 29 ao\u00fbt, les programmes de sylvoth\u00e9rapie propos\u00e9s dans la \u00ab For\u00eat de gu\u00e9rison d’Incheon \u00bb en cours d’am\u00e9nagement, dans le but d’aider les citadins \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur stress et \u00e0 retrouver un \u00e9quilibre physique et mental. Cette mesure est per\u00e7ue comme un abaissement du seuil d’acc\u00e8s au bien-\u00eatre forestier, puisqu’elle permet aux habitants des villes, \u00e9puis\u00e9s par la comp\u00e9tition et le surmenage, de prendre soin de leur corps et de leur esprit dans une for\u00eat proche de chez eux, avec l’aide de guides sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et sans frais.<\/p>\n

La For\u00eat de gu\u00e9rison d’Incheon se compose de divers espaces de gu\u00e9rison \u2014 un lieu d’accueil, un espace pour reprendre son souffle, l’aire de repos Ari, un espace hamac, un espace d’apaisement du c\u0153ur, un abri ombrag\u00e9, un espace de m\u00e9ditation au vent, un espace de m\u00e9ditation sonore et un espace de brise des pins \u2014 ainsi que d’un espace de gu\u00e9rison int\u00e9rieur baptis\u00e9 Eoulchae. \u00c0 cela s’ajoutent le sentier de m\u00e9ditation Ieum, le sentier des sons et des parfums, le sentier de d\u00e9tente sans obstacle et le sentier de d\u00e9tente Maru, tous reli\u00e9s entre eux afin d’offrir aux citoyens un repos paisible au c\u0153ur de la nature. On remarque en particulier l’attention port\u00e9e aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, gr\u00e2ce au sentier de d\u00e9tente sans obstacle qui leur permet de profiter elles aussi de la for\u00eat.<\/p>\n

Le c\u0153ur de ce fonctionnement pilote r\u00e9side dans les programmes personnalis\u00e9s en plusieurs s\u00e9ances, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque public. La \u00ab For\u00eat aux parfums du c\u0153ur \u00bb (4 s\u00e9ances) s’adresse aux adultes, la \u00ab For\u00eat qui refleurit \u00bb (8 s\u00e9ances) vise l’apaisement psychologique et l’att\u00e9nuation de la d\u00e9pression chez les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es, la \u00ab For\u00eat du face-\u00e0-face \u00bb (4 s\u00e9ances) propose un programme d’\u00e9ducation pr\u00e9natale pour les femmes enceintes et leur enfant \u00e0 na\u00eetre, et la \u00ab For\u00eat de la vigueur \u00bb (4 s\u00e9ances) est destin\u00e9e aux personnes vuln\u00e9rables ; tous sont anim\u00e9s par des guides de gu\u00e9rison foresti\u00e8re agr\u00e9\u00e9s par le Service des for\u00eats (Korea Forest Service). La formule en plusieurs s\u00e9ances vise \u00e0 renforcer les effets th\u00e9rapeutiques par rapport \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience ponctuelle.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, le programme \u00ab For\u00eat aux r\u00e9sonances sonores \u00bb, qui propose une m\u00e9ditation au bol chantant, sera \u00e9galement propos\u00e9, de m\u00eame que des programmes d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants tels que la \u00ab For\u00eat de tous \u00bb pour les adultes, la \u00ab For\u00eat des gardiens \u00bb pour les groupes et la \u00ab For\u00eat en famille \u00bb pour les familles. En reliant les espaces de gu\u00e9rison int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 des programmes adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque public, l’office esp\u00e8re permettre \u00e0 des personnes de tous horizons de faire l’exp\u00e9rience de la sylvoth\u00e9rapie et faire de ce lieu un site embl\u00e9matique de la gu\u00e9rison foresti\u00e8re dans la r\u00e9gion capitale.<\/p>\n

Ce fonctionnement pilote \u00e9largi se poursuivra du 29 ao\u00fbt au 21 novembre. Les activit\u00e9s auront lieu du mardi au samedi, l’ensemble \u00e9tant ferm\u00e9 le dimanche, le lundi et les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s. Deux s\u00e9ances sont pr\u00e9vues par jour (trois groupes le matin et trois l’apr\u00e8s-midi), chaque s\u00e9ance pouvant accueillir jusqu’\u00e0 15 personnes. La participation est gratuite et ouverte \u00e0 tous, \u00e0 titre individuel comme collectif, mais les conditions de participation et le nombre de places propres \u00e0 chaque programme doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s au pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n

Les inscriptions se font sur le site des parcs d’Incheon (Incheon Parks) et via le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en ligne de la Ville m\u00e9tropolitaine d’Incheon. Pour les programmes en plusieurs s\u00e9ances en particulier, la participation n’est d\u00e9finitivement confirm\u00e9e qu’apr\u00e8s un entretien t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique avec un guide de gu\u00e9rison foresti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
