잠언 20장 – 삼중번역

1 letz לֵץ mocker ha-yayin הַיַּיִן the-wine homeh הֹמֶה brawler shechar שֵׁכָר strong-drink v-chol וְכָל־ and-all shogeh שֹׁגֶה going-astray bo בּוֹ in-it lo לֹא not yechkam יֶחְכָּם׃ is-wise

1Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whoever is deceived by it is not wise.

1포도주는 거만하게 하는 것이요 독주는 떠들게 하는 것이라 무릇 이에 미혹되는 자에게는 지혜가 없느니라

2 naham נַהַם roaring ka-k’fir כַּכְּפִיר like-young-lion eimat אֵימַת terror-of melech מֶלֶךְ king mit’abro מִתְעַבְּרוֹ provoking-him chote חוֹטֵא sins nafsho נַפְשׁוֹ׃ his-soul

2The fear of a king is as the roaring of a lion: whoever provokes him to anger sins against his own soul.

2왕의 진노는 사자의 부르짖음 같으니 그를 노하게 하는 것은 자기의 생명을 해하는 것이니라

3 kavod כָּבוֹד honor la-ish לָאִישׁ for-man shevet שֶׁבֶת cease me-riv מֵרִיב from-strife v-chol וְכָל־ and-every evil אֱוִיל fool yitgala יִתְגַּלָּע׃ will-quarrel

3It is an honor for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling.

3다툼을 멀리하는 것이 사람에게 영광이어늘 미련한 자마다 다툼을 일으키느니라

4 me-choref מֵחֹרֶף from-autumn atzel עָצֵל sluggard lo לֹא־ not yacharosh יַחֲרֹשׁ plows yish’al יִשְׁאַל he-begs ba-qatzir בַּקָּצִיר in-harvest va-ayin וָאָיִן׃ and-nothing

4The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore he shall beg in harvest, and have nothing.

4게으른 자는 가을에 밭 갈지 아니하나니 그러므로 거둘 때에는 구걸할지라도 얻지 못하리라

5 mayim מַיִם water amuqqim עֲמֻקִּים deep etzah עֵצָה counsel b-lev בְלֶב־ in-heart-of ish אִישׁ man v-ish וְאִישׁ but-man-of t’vunah תְּבוּנָה understanding yidlenah יִדְלֶנָּה׃ will-draw-it-out

5Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out.

5사람의 마음에 있는 모략은 깊은 물 같으니라 그럴지라도 명철한 사람은 그것을 길어 내느니라

6 rov רָב־ most adam אָדָם men yiqra יִקְרָא proclaim ish אִישׁ man chasdo חַסְדּוֹ his-goodness v-ish וְאִישׁ but-man-of emunim אֱמוּנִים faithfulness mi מִי who yimtza יִמְצָא׃ can-find

6Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?

6많은 사람은 각기 자기의 인자함을 자랑하나니 충성된 자를 누가 만날 수 있으랴

7 mithalech מִתְהַלֵּךְ walks b-tummo בְּתֻמּוֹ in-his-integrity tzaddiq צַדִּיק righteous ashrei אַשְׁרֵי blessed vanav בָנָיו his-children acharav אַחֲרָיו׃ after-him

7The just man walks in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.

7온전하게 행하는 자가 의인이라 그의 후손에게 복이 있느니라

8 melech מֶלֶךְ king yoshev יוֹשֵׁב sitting al עַל־ on kisse כִּסֵּא־ throne-of din דִין judgment m’zareh מְזָרֶה scatters v-einav בְעֵינָיו with-his-eyes kol כָּל־ all ra רָע׃ evil

8A king that sits in the throne of judgment scatters away all evil with his eyes.

8심판 자리에 앉은 왕은 그의 눈으로 모든 악을 흩어지게 하느니라

9 mi מִי־ who yomar יֹאמַר can-say zikkiti זִכִּיתִי I-have-made-clean libi לִבִּי my-heart taharti טָהַרְתִּי I-am-pure me-chattati מֵחַטָּאתִי׃ from-my-sin

9Who can say, I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin?

9내가 내 마음을 정하게 하였다 내 죄를 깨끗하게 하였다 할 자가 누구뇨

10 even אֶבֶן stone va-aven וָאֶבֶן and-stone eifah אֵיפָה ephah v-eifah וְאֵיפָה and-ephah to’avat תּוֹעֲבַת abomination-of YHVH יְהוָה LORD gam גַּם־ also sh’neihem שְׁנֵיהֶם׃ both-of-them

10Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are alike abomination to the LORD.

10한결같지 않은 저울추와 한결같지 않은 되는 다 여호와께서 미워하시느니라

11 gam גַּם even b-ma’alalav בְּמַעֲלָלָיו by-his-doings yitnakker יִתְנַכֶּר־ is-known na’ar נָעַר child im אִם־ whether zach זַךְ pure v-im וְאִם־ and-whether yashar יָשָׁר right pa’alo פָּעֳלוֹ׃ his-work

11Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.

11비록 아이라도 자기의 동작으로 자기 품행의 청결한 여부와 정직한 여부를 나타내느니라

12 ozen אֹזֶן ear shoma’at שֹׁמַעַת hearing v-ayin וְעַיִן and-eye ro’ah רֹאָה seeing YHVH יְהוָה LORD asah עָשָׂה made gam גַם־ also sh’neihem שְׁנֵיהֶם׃ both-of-them

12The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the LORD has made even both of them.

12듣는 귀와 보는 눈은 다 여호와께서 지으신 것이니라

13 al אַל־ not te’ehav תֶּאֱהַב love shenah שֵׁנָה sleep pen פֶּן־ lest tivaresh תִּוָּרֵשׁ you-come-to-poverty p’qach פְּקַח open einecha עֵינֶיךָ your-eyes s’va שְׂבַע־ be-satisfied-with lachem לָחֶם׃ bread

13Love not sleep, lest you come to poverty; open your eyes, and you shall be satisfied with bread.

13너는 잠자기를 좋아하지 말라 네가 빈궁하게 될까 두려우니라 네 눈을 뜨라 그리하면 양식이 족하리라

14 ra רַע bad ra רַע bad yomar יֹאמַר says ha-qoneh הַקּוֹנֶה the-buyer v-ozel וְאֹזֵל when-goes-away lo לוֹ his az אָז then yithalal יִתְהַלָּל׃ he-boasts

14It is naught, it is naught, says the buyer: but when he is gone his way, then he boasts.

14물건을 사는 자가 좋지 못하다 좋지 못하다 하다가 돌아간 후에는 자랑하느니라

15 yesh יֵשׁ there-is zahav זָהָב gold v-rov וְרָב־ and-multitude-of p’ninim פְּנִינִים rubies u-ch’li וּכְלִי but-vessel-of y’qar יְקָר precious siftei שִׂפְתֵי־ lips-of da’at דָעַת׃ knowledge

15There is gold, and a multitude of rubies: but the lips of knowledge are a precious jewel.

15세상에 금도 있고 진주도 많거니와 지혜로운 입술이 더 귀한 보배니라

16 l’qach לְקַח־ take bigdo בִּגְדוֹ his-garment ki כִּי־ when arav עָרַב is-surety-for zar זָר stranger u-v’ad וּבְעַד and-for nochriyah נָכְרִיָּה strange-woman chav’lehu חַבְלֵהוּ׃ take-pledge

16Take his garment that is surety for a stranger: and take a pledge of him for a strange woman.

16타인을 위하여 보증이 된 자의 옷을 취하라 외인들의 보증이 된 자는 그 몸을 볼모로 잡을지니라

17 arev עָרֵב sweet la-ish לָאִישׁ to-man lechem לֶחֶם bread-of shaqer שָׁקֶר deceit v-achar וְאַחַר but-afterwards yimale יִמָּלֵא shall-be-filled fihu פִיהוּ his-mouth chatzatz חָצָץ׃ gravel

17Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; but afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel.

17속이고 취한 떡이 사람에게는 달지만 후에는 그의 입에 모래가 가득하게 되리라

18 machashavot מַחֲשָׁבוֹת purposes b-etzah בְּעֵצָה by-counsel tikkon תִכּוֹן are-established u-v-tachbulot וּבְתַחְבֻּלוֹת and-with-good-advice aseh עֲשֵׂה make milchamah מִלְחָמָה׃ war

18Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.

18무릇 경영은 의논함으로 성취하나니 모략을 베풀고 전쟁할지니라

19 goleh גּוֹלֶה־ reveals sod סוֹד secrets holech הוֹלֵךְ goes-about rachil רָכִיל talebearer u-l-foteh וּלְפֹתֶה and-with-him-who-flatters s’fatav שְׂפָתָיו with-his-lips lo לֹא not tit’arav תִתְעָרָב׃ meddle

19He that goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flatters with his lips.

19두루 다니며 한담하는 자는 남의 비밀을 누설하나니 입술을 벌린 자를 사귀지 말지니라

20 m’qalel מְקַלֵּל curses aviv אָבִיו his-father v-immo וְאִמּוֹ and-his-mother yid’ach יִדְעַךְ shall-be-put-out nero נֵרוֹ his-lamp b-ishon בְּאִישׁוֹן in-midst-of choshech חֹשֶׁךְ׃ darkness

20Whoso curses his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.

20자기의 아비나 어미를 저주하는 자는 그의 등불이 유암 중에 꺼짐을 당하리라

21 nachalah נַחֲלָה inheritance m’vohelet מְבֹהֶלֶת gotten-hastily ba-rishonah בָּרִאשֹׁנָה at-the-beginning v-acharitah וְאַחֲרִיתָהּ and-the-end-thereof lo לֹא not t’vorach תְבֹרָךְ׃ shall-be-blessed

21An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end of it shall not be blessed.

21처음에 급히 잡은 산업은 마침내 복이 되지 아니하느니라

22 al אַל־ not tomar תֹּאמַר say ashal’mah אֲשַׁלְּמָה־ I-will-recompense ra רָע evil qavveh קַוֵּה wait-on la-YHVH לַיהוָה the-LORD v-yosha וְיֹשַׁע and-he-shall-save lach לָךְ׃ you

22Say not, I will recompense evil; but wait on the LORD, and he shall save you.

22너는 악을 갚겠다 말하지 말고 여호와를 기다리라 그가 너를 구원하시리라

23 to’avat תּוֹעֲבַת abomination-of YHVH יְהוָה LORD even אֶבֶן stone va-aven וָאָבֶן and-stone u-mo’znei וּמֹאזְנֵי and-balances-of mirmah מִרְמָה deceit lo לֹא־ not tov טוֹב׃ good

23Divers weights are an abomination to the LORD; and a false balance is not good.

23한결같지 않은 저울추는 여호와께서 미워하시는 것이요 속이는 저울은 좋지 못한 것이니라

24 me-YHVH מֵיהוָה from-LORD mitz’adei מִצְעֲדֵי steps-of gaver גָבֶר man v-adam וְאָדָם then-man mah מַה־ how yavin יָּבִין can-understand darko דַּרְכּוֹ׃ his-way

24Man’s goings are of the LORD; how can a man then understand his own way?

24사람의 걸음은 여호와로 말미암나니 사람이 어찌 자기의 길을 알 수 있으랴

25 moqesh מוֹקֵשׁ snare-of adam אָדָם man yala יָלַע devours qodesh קֹדֶשׁ holy-thing v-achar וְאַחַר and-after n’darim נְדָרִים vows l’vaqqer לְבַקֵּר׃ to-inquire

25It is a snare to the man who devours that which is holy, and after vows to make inquiry.

25함부로 이 물건은 거룩하다 하여 서원하고 그 후에 살피는 것은 사람에게 그물이 되느니라

26 m’zareh מְזָרֶה scatters r’sha’im רְשָׁעִים wicked melech מֶלֶךְ king chakham חָכָם wise va-yashev וַיָּשֶׁב and-brings aleihem עֲלֵיהֶם over-them ofan אוֹפָן׃ wheel

26A wise king scatters the wicked, and brings the wheel over them.

26지혜로운 왕은 악인을 키질하며 타작하는 바퀴를 그들 위에 굴리느니라

27 ner נֵר lamp-of YHVH יְהוָה LORD nishmat נִשְׁמַת spirit-of adam אָדָם man chofes חֹפֵשׂ searching kol כָּל־ all chadrei חַדְרֵי־ chambers-of vaten בָטֶן׃ belly

27The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly.

27사람의 영혼은 여호와의 등불이라 사람의 깊은 속을 살피느니라

28 chesed חֶסֶד mercy ve-emet וֶאֱמֶת and-truth yitz’ru יִצְּרוּ preserve melech מֶלֶךְ king v-sa’ad וְסָעַד and-upholds ba-chesed בַּחֶסֶד by-mercy kis’o כִּסְאוֹ׃ his-throne

28Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is upheld by mercy.

28왕은 인자와 진리로 스스로 보호하고 그의 왕위도 인자함으로 말미암아 견고하니라

29 tif’eret תִּפְאֶרֶת glory-of bachurim בַּחוּרִים young-men kocham כֹּחָם their-strength va-hadar וַהֲדַר and-beauty-of z’qenim זְקֵנִים old-men seivah שֵׂיבָה׃ gray-head

29The glory of young men is their strength: and the beauty of old men is the gray head.

29젊은 자의 영화는 그 힘이요 늙은 자의 아름다운 것은 백발이니라

30 chaburot חַבֻּרוֹת blueness-of petza פֶּצַע wound tamruq תַּמְרוּק cleanses-away b-ra בְּרָע evil u-makkot וּמַכּוֹת so-stripes chadrei חַדְרֵי־ chambers-of vaten בָטֶן׃ belly

30The blueness of a wound cleanses away evil: so do stripes the inward parts of the belly.

30상하게 때리는 것이 악을 없이하나니 매는 사람의 속에 깊이 들어가느니라
