잠언 27장 (Proverbs Chapter 27)
1 al אַֽל־ not tit-hallel תִּ֭תְהַלֵּל boast-yourself b-yom בְּי֣וֹם in-day-of machar מָחָ֑ר tomorrow ki כִּ֤י for lo לֹא־ not teida תֵ֝דַ֗ע you-know mah מַה־ what yeled יֵּ֥לֶד will-bring-forth yom יֽוֹם׃ day
1Boast not yourself of tomorrow; for you know not what a day may bring forth.
1너는 내일 일을 자랑하지 말라 하루 동안에 무슨 일이 날는지 네가 알 수 없음이니라
2 y-halel-cha יְֽהַלֶּלְךָ֣ let-praise-you zar זָ֣ר stranger v-lo וְלֹא־ and-not fi-cha פִ֑יךָ your-mouth nochri נָ֝כְרִ֗י foreigner v-al וְאַל־ and-not s-fate-cha שְׂפָתֶֽיךָ׃ your-lips
2Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips.
2타인으로 너를 칭찬하게 하고 네 입으로는 말며 외인으로 너를 칭찬하게 하고 네 입술로는 말지니라
3 koved כֹּֽבֶד־ heavy even אֶ֭בֶן stone v-netel וְנֵ֣טֶל and-burden ha-chol הַח֑וֹל the-sand v-cha’as וְכַ֥עַס and-wrath evil אֱ֝וִ֗יל fool kaved כָּבֵ֥ד heavier mish-nei-hem מִשְּׁנֵיהֶֽם׃ than-both-of-them
3A stone is heavy, and the sand weighty; but a fool’s wrath is heavier than them both.
3돌은 무겁고 모래도 가볍지 아니하거니와 미련한 자의 분노는 이 둘보다 무거우니라
4 ach-z’ri-yut אַכְזְרִיּ֣וּת cruelty chema חֵ֭מָה wrath v-shetef וְשֶׁ֣טֶף and-outburst af אָ֑ף anger u-mi וּמִ֥י and-who ya’amod יַ֝עֲמֹ֗ד can-stand lif-nei לִפְנֵ֥י before qin-ah קִנְאָֽה׃ jealousy
4Wrath is cruel, and anger is outrageous; but who is able to stand before envy?
4분은 잔인하고 노는 창수 같거니와 투기 앞에야 누가 서리요
5 tova ט֭וֹבָה better to-che-chat תּוֹכַ֣חַת rebuke m-gullah מְגֻלָּ֑ה open me-ahava מֵֽאַהֲבָ֥ה than-love m-suttaret מְסֻתָּֽרֶת׃ hidden
5Open rebuke is better than secret love.
5면책은 숨은 사랑보다 나으니라
6 ne-emanim נֶ֭אֱמָנִים faithful pitz-ei פִּצְעֵ֣י wounds-of ohev אוֹהֵ֑ב friend v-na-tarot וְ֝נַעְתָּר֗וֹת and-deceitful n-shiqot נְשִׁיק֥וֹת kisses-of sone שׂוֹנֵֽא׃ enemy
6Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.
6친구의 통책은 충성에서 나는 것이나 원수의 입맞춤은 거짓에서 나는 것이니라
7 nefesh נֶ֣פֶשׁ soul s-ve-ah שְׂ֭בֵעָה full tavus תָּב֣וּס loathes nofet נֹ֑פֶת honeycomb v-nefesh וְנֶ֥פֶשׁ and-soul r-e-vah רְ֝עֵבָ֗ה hungry kol כָּל־ all mar מַ֥ר bitter matoq מָתֽוֹק׃ sweet
7The full soul loathes a honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet.
7배부른 자는 꿀이라도 싫어하고 주린 자에게는 쓴 것이라도 다니라
8 k-tzippor כְּ֭צִפּוֹר like-bird no-dedet נוֹדֶ֣דֶת wandering min מִן־ from qinnah קִנָּ֑הּ her-nest ken כֵּ֥ן so ish אִ֝֗ישׁ man noded נוֹדֵ֥ד wandering mim-m-qomo מִמְּקוֹמֽוֹ׃ from-his-place
8As a bird that wanders from her nest, so is a man that wanders from his place.
8본향을 떠나 유리하는 사람은 보금자리를 떠나 떠도는 새와 같으니라
9 shemen שֶׁ֣מֶן oil u-q-toret וּ֭קְטֹרֶת and-perfume y-sammach יְשַׂמַּ֣ח rejoice lev לֵ֑ב heart u-meteq וּמֶ֥תֶק and-sweetness re-ehu רֵ֝עֵ֗הוּ his-friend me-atzat מֵֽעֲצַת־ from-counsel-of nafesh נָֽפֶשׁ׃ soul
9Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart: so does the sweetness of a man’s friend by hearty counsel.
9기름과 향이 사람의 마음을 즐겁게 하나니 친구의 충성된 권고가 이와 같이 아름다우니라
10 re-a-cha רֵֽעֲךָ֨ your-friend v-rea וְרֵ֪עַ and-friend-of avi-cha אָבִ֡יךָ your-father al אַֽל־ not ta-azov תַּעֲזֹ֗ב forsake u-veit וּבֵ֥ית and-house-of achi-cha אָחִ֗יךָ your-brother al אַל־ not tavo תָּ֭בוֹא go b-yom בְּי֣וֹם in-day-of eide-cha אֵידֶ֑ךָ your-calamity tov ט֥וֹב better shachen שָׁכֵ֥ן neighbor qarov קָ֝ר֗וֹב near me-ach מֵאָ֥ח than-brother rachoq רָחֽוֹק׃ far-off
10Your own friend, and your father’s friend, forsake not; neither go into your brother’s house in the day of your calamity: for better is a neighbor that is near than a brother far off.
10네 친구와 네 아비의 친구를 버리지 말며 네 환난날에 형제의 집에 들어가지 말지어다 가까운 이웃이 먼 형제보다 나으니라
11 chacham חֲכַ֣ם be-wise b-ni בְּ֭נִי my-son v-sammach וְשַׂמַּ֣ח and-make-glad libbi לִבִּ֑י my-heart v-ashiva וְאָשִׁ֖יבָה that-I-may-answer chor-fi חֹרְפִ֣י him-who-reproaches-me davar דָבָֽר׃ word
11My son, be wise, and make my heart glad, that I may answer him that reproaches me.
11내 아들아 지혜를 얻고 내 마음을 기쁘게 하라 그리하면 나를 비방하는 자에게 내가 대답할 수 있으리라
12 arum עָר֤וּם prudent ra-ah רָאָ֣ה foresees ra-ah רָעָ֣ה evil nistar נִסְתָּ֑ר hides-himself p-ta-yim פְּ֝תָאיִ֗ם simple av-ru עָבְר֥וּ pass-on ne-enashu נֶעֱנָֽשׁוּ׃ are-punished
12A prudent man foresees the evil, and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.
12슬기로운 자는 재앙을 보면 숨어 피하여도 어리석은 자들은 나아가다가 해를 받느니라
13 qach קַח־ take big-do בִּ֭גְדוֹ his-garment ki כִּי־ for arav עָ֣רַב he-is-surety zar זָ֑ר stranger u-v-ad וּבְעַ֖ד and-for noch-ri-yah נָכְרִיָּ֣ה strange-woman chav-lehu חַבְלֵֽהוּ׃ take-pledge-of-him
13Take his garment that is surety for a stranger, and take a pledge of him for a strange woman.
13타인을 위하여 보증이 된 자의 옷을 취하라 외인들을 위하여 보증이 된 자는 그 몸을 볼모 잡을지니라
14 m-varech מְבָ֘רֵ֤ךְ he-who-blesses re-ehu רֵעֵ֨הוּ his-friend b-qol בְּק֣וֹל with-voice gadol גָּ֭דוֹל loud ba-boqer בַּבֹּ֣קֶר in-the-morning hash-keim הַשְׁכֵּ֑ים rising-early q-lalah קְ֝לָלָ֗ה curse te-chashev תֵּחָ֥שֶׁב shall-be-counted lo לֽוֹ׃ to-him
14He that blesses his friend with a loud voice, rising early in the morning, it shall be counted a curse to him.
14이른 아침에 큰 소리로 그 이웃을 축복하면 도리어 저주 같이 여기게 되리라
15 delef דֶּ֣לֶף dripping tored ט֭וֹרֵד continual b-yom בְּי֣וֹם in-day-of sag-rir סַגְרִ֑יר rain v-eshet וְאֵ֥שֶׁת and-woman-of mid-yanim מִ֝דְיָנִ֗ים contentions nishtava נִשְׁתָּֽוָה׃ are-alike
15A continual dropping in a very rainy day and a contentious woman are alike.
15다투는 여인은 비오는 날에 이어 떨어지는 물방울이라
16 tzof-neha צֹפְנֶ֥יהָ whoever-hides-her tzafan צָֽפַן־ hides ruach ר֑וּחַ wind v-shemen וְשֶׁ֖מֶן and-ointment y-mino יְמִינ֣וֹ his-right-hand yiq-ra יִקְרָֽא׃ encounters
16Whoever hides her hides the wind, and the ointment of his right hand, which betrays itself.
16그를 제어하기가 바람을 제어하는 것 같고 오른손으로 기름을 움키는 것 같으니라
17 barzel בַּרְזֶ֣ל iron b-varzel בְּבַרְזֶ֣ל by-iron yachad יָ֑חַד sharpens v-ish וְ֝אִ֗ישׁ and-man yachad יַ֣חַד sharpens p-nei פְּנֵֽי־ countenance-of re-ehu רֵעֵֽהוּ׃ his-friend
17Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
17철이 철을 날카롭게 하는 것 같이 사람이 그 친구의 얼굴을 빛나게 하느니라
18 notzer נֹצֵ֣ר keeper-of t-enah תְּ֭אֵנָה fig-tree yochal יֹאכַ֣ל shall-eat pir-yah פִּרְיָ֑הּ its-fruit v-shomer וְשֹׁמֵ֖ר and-he-who-waits adonav אֲדֹנָ֣יו his-master y-chubad יְכֻבָּֽד׃ shall-be-honored
18Whoever keeps the fig tree shall eat the fruit of it: so he that waits on his master shall be honored.
18무화과나무를 지키는 자는 그 과실을 먹고 자기 주인을 시봉하는 자는 영화를 얻느니라
19 ka-mayim כַּ֭מַּיִם as-water ha-panim הַפָּנִ֣ים face la-panim לַפָּנִ֑ים to-face ken כֵּ֤ן so lev לֵֽב־ heart-of ha-adam הָ֝אָדָ֗ם the-man la-adam לָאָדָֽם׃ to-man
19As in water face answers to face, so the heart of man to man.
19물에 비치면 얼굴이 서로 같은 것 같이 사람의 마음도 서로 비치느니라
20 sh-ol שְׁא֣וֹל Sheol va-avaddon וַ֭אֲבַדּוֹן and-destruction lo לֹ֣א never tis-ba-nah תִשְׂבַּ֑עְנָה full v-einei וְעֵינֵ֥י and-eyes-of ha-adam הָ֝אָדָ֗ם the-man lo לֹ֣א never tis-ba-nah תִשְׂבַּֽעְנָה׃ satisfied
20Hell and destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied.
20음부와 유명은 만족함이 없고 사람의 눈도 만족함이 없느니라
21 matz-ref מַצְרֵ֣ף crucible la-kesef לַ֭כֶּסֶף for-silver v-chur וְכ֣וּר and-furnace la-zahav לַזָּהָ֑ב for-gold v-ish וְ֝אִ֗ישׁ and-man l-fi לְפִ֣י by-mouth-of ma-halalo מַהֲלָלֽוֹ׃ his-praise
21As the fining pot for silver, and the furnace for gold; so is a man to his praise.
21도가니로 은을, 풀무로 금을 시련하듯 칭찬으로 사람을 시련하느니라
22 im אִ֥ם though tich-tosh תִּכְתּֽוֹשׁ־ you-pound et אֶת־ ACC ha-evil הָ֘אֱוִ֤יל the-fool ba-mach-tesh בַּֽמַּכְתֵּ֣שׁ in-mortar b-toch בְּת֣וֹךְ among ha-rifot הָ֭רִיפוֹת wheat ba-eli בַּֽעֱלִ֑י with-pestle lo לֹא־ not tasur תָס֥וּר depart me-alav מֵ֝עָלָ֗יו from-him ivvalto אִוַּלְתּֽוֹ׃ his-foolishness
22Though you should bray a fool in a mortar among wheat with a pestle, yet will not his foolishness depart from him.
22미련한 자를 곡물과 함께 절구에 넣고 공이로 찧을지라도 그의 미련은 벗어지지 아니하느니라
23 yado-a יָדֹ֣עַ knowing teda תֵּ֭דַע know p-nei פְּנֵ֣י state-of tzo-necha צֹאנֶ֑ךָ your-flocks shit שִׁ֥ית set lib-cha לִ֝בְּךָ֗ your-heart la-adarim לַעֲדָרִֽים׃ to-herds
23Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, and look well to your herds.
23네 양떼의 형편을 부지런히 살피며 네 소떼에 마음을 두라
24 ki כִּ֤י for lo לֹ֣א not l-olam לְעוֹלָ֣ם forever chosen חֹ֑סֶן riches v-im וְאִם־ and-if nezer נֵ֝֗זֶר crown l-dor לְד֣וֹר from-generation va-dor וָדֽוֹר׃ to-generation
24For riches are not forever: and does the crown endure to every generation?
24대저 재물은 영원히 있지 못하나니 면류관이 어찌 대대에 있으랴
25 galah גָּלָ֣ה appears chatzir חָ֭צִיר hay v-nir-ah וְנִרְאָה־ and-appears deshe דֶ֑שֶׁא tender-grass v-ne-esfu וְ֝נֶאֶסְפ֗וּ and-gathered issvot עִשְּׂב֥וֹת herbs-of harim הָרִֽים׃ mountains
25The hay appears, and the tender grass shows itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered.
25풀을 벤 후에는 새로 움이 돋나니 산에서 꼴을 거둘 것이니라
26 k-vasim כְּבָשִׂ֥ים lambs lil-vushe-cha לִלְבוּשֶׁ֑ךָ for-your-clothing u-m-chir וּמְחִ֥יר and-price-of sadeh שָׂ֝דֶ֗ה field attudim עַתּוּדִֽים׃ goats
26The lambs are for your clothing, and the goats are the price of the field.
26어린 양의 털은 네 옷이 되며 숫염소는 밭을 사는 값이 되며
27 v-dei וְדֵ֤י and-enough chalav חֲלֵ֣ב milk-of izzim עִ֭זִּים goats l-lach-m-cha לְֽלַחְמְךָ֣ for-your-food l-lechem לְלֶ֣חֶם for-food-of beite-cha בֵּיתֶ֑ךָ your-household v-cha-yim וְ֝חַיִּ֗ים and-maintenance l-na-arote-cha לְנַעֲרוֹתֶֽיךָ׃ for-your-maidens
27And you shall have goats’ milk enough for your food, for the food of your household, and for the maintenance for your maidens.
27염소의 젖은 넉넉하여 너와 네 집 사람의 음식이 되며 네 여종의 먹을 것이 되느니라
