Sa particularit\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans une approche participative : plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;un encadrement impos\u00e9 unilat\u00e9ralement par les adultes, le programme est con\u00e7u pour que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves mettent naturellement en pratique les r\u00e8gles d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne dans leur quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves membres des Gardiens de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire d&#8217;Incheon accueilleront leurs camarades devant le portail de l&#8217;\u00e9cole, sur le chemin de l&#8217;\u00e9cole, \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de banderoles et d&#8217;\u00e9charpes portant les r\u00e8gles de pr\u00e9vention des intoxications alimentaires. Ils m\u00e8neront des actions de sensibilisation encourageant le respect de l&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne personnelle, comme un lavage des mains correct.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;heure du d\u00e9jeuner, un programme de quiz sur la pr\u00e9vention des intoxications alimentaires sera organis\u00e9 \u00e0 la cantine scolaire. Selon une formule autonome o\u00f9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves lisent eux-m\u00eames les questions et y r\u00e9pondent, l&#8217;objectif est d&#8217;accro\u00eetre simultan\u00e9ment l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et du personnel enseignant ainsi que l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui participent au quiz recevront \u00e9galement des articles promotionnels pratiques grav\u00e9s des r\u00e8gles d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e scolaire est une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 le risque d&#8217;intoxication alimentaire est particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9, en raison de fortes variations de temp\u00e9rature et du d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime de la restauration collective. Cette campagne prend tout son sens en ce qu&#8217;elle vise \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves prennent eux-m\u00eames conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de l&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne, afin que les actions de pr\u00e9vention se prolongent en habitudes de vie \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole comme \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kim Min-jeong, directrice du Bureau de la sant\u00e9 et des
