Pour \u00e9carter en amont ces facteurs de danger, la ville a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;engager une action organis\u00e9e d\u00e8s la phase pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant les cong\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La municipalit\u00e9 activera d&#8217;abord, du 15 au 23 septembre, une &#8216;brigade d&#8217;intervention rapide contre les feux de for\u00eat&#8217;. Cette brigade m\u00e8nera des activit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9vention sur le terrain, principalement dans les zones vuln\u00e9rables aux incendies, tout en sensibilisant aux pratiques d&#8217;incin\u00e9ration ill\u00e9gale dans les secteurs proches des for\u00eats et en intensifiant la communication sur la pr\u00e9vention des feux.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, la ville proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification pr\u00e9alable de l&#8217;ensemble des \u00e9quipements d&#8217;extinction : camions et v\u00e9hicules de commandement, mat\u00e9riel individuel de lutte contre le feu et extincteurs. Elle contr\u00f4lera par ailleurs le syst\u00e8me de liaison d&#8217;urgence et le dispositif d&#8217;intervention pr\u00e9coce afin de permettre une transmission rapide de l&#8217;information et un d\u00e9ploiement imm\u00e9diat sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pendant le c\u0153ur des cong\u00e9s de Chuseok, du 24 au 27 septembre, une &#8216;cellule de pr\u00e9vention des feux de for\u00eat&#8217; sera activ\u00e9e pour renforcer davantage la surveillance et la pr\u00e9vention. Durant cette p\u00e9riode, la ville entend r\u00e9duire au minimum les dommages gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une extinction pr\u00e9coce rapide et \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration avec les organismes concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un feu de for\u00eat, n\u00e9 d&#8217;un instant d&#8217;inattention, peut causer d&#8217;immenses dommages non seulement \u00e0 la vie et aux biens des citoyens, mais aussi aux ressources foresti\u00e8res patiemment entretenues pendant de longues ann\u00e9es ; la pr\u00e9vention rev\u00eat donc une importance capitale. La ville souligne que la vigilance de chacun et le signalement rapide constituent le moyen le plus s\u00fbr de limiter les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yu Gwang-jo, directeur du Bureau de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre urbain de la ville, a insist\u00e9 : &#8216;Pendant les cong\u00e9s de Chuseok, le nombre de citoyens qui gagnent la montagne pour les visites aux tombes ou la randonn\u00e9e
