The “Wine Forum Band Meeting” held in Gangnam, Seoul has successfully wrapped up its first regular gathering. Organized spontaneously through the Band community platform, this event served as a wine-centered convergence forum connecting culture, industry, and education. Experts from fields such as urban development, design, law, and the arts joined the event, showing the potential to build an interdisciplinary network through wine.

The forum’s key presenter was Professor Moon Jae-shin of the Wine & Sommelier Department at Daejeon Science and Technology University. He shared expert insights drawn directly from his lectures, covering topics such as the difference between natural and conventional wines, how fermentation methods affect taste, and the relationship between harvest timing and sugar content. With an open and engaging attitude, he invited attendees to contact him anytime at 010-3401-8621, facilitating active communication.

Dr. Choi Chang-taek, adjunct professor at the Department of Security Management at Kyonggi University, also delivered a notable presentation on the possibilities of convergence between wine, health, and cultural content, drawing strong interest from the audience.
