Gunpo Sanbon Library will be holding a special companion dog reading camp on September 2nd. This event, held under the theme of ‘Reading Camp with Dogs’, will provide a unique experience for those who consider their companion dogs as family. During this camp, which utilizes the library’s closing days, applicants will explore the library with their companion dogs and spend time reading Sanbon Library’s recommended books and books from the 2nd floor reading room.

In addition to reading activities, the program on this day will feature a variety of events. It includes dog etiquette education and pet etiquette classes conducted by dog trainers, and an experience of making eco-bags with dog photos using the Sanbon Library’s makerspace facility. In addition, a ‘Photo Zone Dog Life Cut’ event will be held where participants can record special moments with their dogs, giving them unforgettable memories.

Song Won-yong, the director of Sanbon Library, said, “This event will help establish a proper pet culture and will be a unique experience where people can use their dogs and the library together,” and asked for the participation of many citizens.
