The Korean Red Cross Singok 1-dong Volunteer Group is an organization that regularly carries out volunteer work such as delivering side dishes to needy neighbors and is at the forefront of supporting vulnerable groups in the local community. This rice donation was also part of the volunteer group’s ongoing sharing activities.

Chairman Choi Ok-seop said, “I hope that small sharing can be of some help to our neighbors in need,” and added, “We will continue to work harder to practice love for our neighbors in the local community through various volunteer activities.”

Director Seo Kyung-sook said, “I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the volunteer group members who personally practiced meaningful sharing and love for neighbors,” and added, “We will make sure to deliver the donated rice to low-income and vulnerable groups.”

These sharing activities play an important role in helping underprivileged neighbors in the community live a slightly warmer life, and the ongoing volunteer work and donations of the Shingok 1-dong Volunteer Group of the Korean Red Cross are setting an example for the community.
