A Tailored Senior Wellness Program Blending Laughter Therapy and Calisthenics<\/h2>\n

The class is run with instructor support from the Incheon Health Promotion Association (\uc778\ucc9c\uac74\uac15\uc99d\uc9c4\ud611\ud68c; President Kim Bong-su). The program is structured to combine healthy calisthenics \u2014 designed to improve seniors' flexibility and build muscle strength \u2014 with laughter therapy.<\/p>\n
