Alors que l’int\u00e9r\u00eat et la demande pour l’intelligence artificielle grandissent sur le terrain agricole, les deux organismes ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en place ensemble un syst\u00e8me de formation et de soutien centr\u00e9 sur le terrain, afin que les agriculteurs puissent recourir facilement \u00e0 l’intelligence artificielle dans l’ensemble de leurs activit\u00e9s de production et de gestion.<\/p>\n

L’Administration du d\u00e9veloppement rural (dirig\u00e9e par Lee Seung-don) a sign\u00e9 le 25 ao\u00fbt, \u00e0 son si\u00e8ge, un accord de coop\u00e9ration avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration centrale des agriculteurs informatis\u00e9s de Cor\u00e9e (Hanjeongnong), en vue de dynamiser l’usage de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) par les agriculteurs et de favoriser l’augmentation de leurs revenus.<\/p>\n

Cet accord s’inscrit dans un contexte de mont\u00e9e de l’int\u00e9r\u00eat et de la demande pour l’intelligence artificielle sur le terrain agricole. Il repose sur l’id\u00e9e que, pour que l’intelligence artificielle soit r\u00e9ellement utile \u00e0 l’agriculture et \u00e0 la gestion, la technologie elle-m\u00eame compte moins que les personnes capables de la ma\u00eetriser et que la formation qui les accompagne. Les deux organismes ont engag\u00e9 cet accord afin de b\u00e2tir un syst\u00e8me de formation et de soutien centr\u00e9 sur le terrain, permettant aux agriculteurs d’utiliser ais\u00e9ment l’intelligence artificielle dans l’ensemble de leurs activit\u00e9s de production et de gestion.<\/p>\n

En vertu de cet accord, les deux organismes ont convenu de coop\u00e9rer notamment \u00e0 la formation de ‘leaders agricoles en intelligence artificielle’, formateurs de terrain en la mati\u00e8re, \u00e0 un conseil sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en diagnostic de gestion et en promotion commerciale fond\u00e9 sur l’intelligence artificielle et les donn\u00e9es, au soutien \u00e0 la diffusion de l’usage de l’intelligence artificielle aupr\u00e8s des agriculteurs locaux, ainsi qu’au recueil des avis du terrain pour am\u00e9liorer la formation et les services agricoles li\u00e9s \u00e0 l’intelligence artificielle. \u00c0 cette fin, ils pr\u00e9voient de constituer un ‘comit\u00e9 de concertation sur la formation agricole \u00e0 l’intelligence artificielle’ et d’articuler les comp\u00e9tences de l’Administration du d\u00e9veloppement rural en mati\u00e8re de techniques agricoles, d’intelligence artificielle et de donn\u00e9es avec le r\u00e9seau d’agriculteurs de Hanjeongnong, afin de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s d’utilisation des agriculteurs.<\/p>\n

En particulier, gr\u00e2ce au diagnostic de gestion et aux prescriptions personnalis\u00e9es fond\u00e9s sur l’intelligence artificielle et les donn\u00e9es, l’appui vise \u00e0 permettre aux agriculteurs d’accro\u00eetre leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 tout au long du processus, de la production \u00e0 la vente des produits agricoles. L’objectif est d’\u00e9viter que les nouvelles technologies ne restent l’apanage de quelques exploitations en pointe et de faire en sorte qu’elles se traduisent r\u00e9ellement en revenus.<\/p>\n

L’Administration du d\u00e9veloppement rural pr\u00e9voit de former les ‘leaders agricoles en intelligence artificielle’ \u00e0 divers services d’intelligence artificielle, dont l’assistant agricole d’intelligence artificielle destin\u00e9 au grand public ‘AI Isak-i’, et de faire en sorte qu’ils aident les agriculteurs locaux \u00e0 recourir \u00e0 l’intelligence artificielle. Elle soutiendra en outre, en lien avec les centres de technologie agricole des villes et comt\u00e9s, la participation et l’activit\u00e9 des ‘leaders agricoles en intelligence artificielle’ dans les cursus destin\u00e9s aux agriculteurs locaux, tels que la formation pratique des agriculteurs pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e ou l’universit\u00e9 des agriculteurs. La combinaison des comp\u00e9tences technologiques et p\u00e9dagogiques de l’Administration du d\u00e9veloppement rural en mati\u00e8re d’intelligence artificielle avec le r\u00e9seau de terrain de Hanjeongnong devrait permettre d’ancrer un syst\u00e8me de formation et de soutien \u00e0 l’intelligence artificielle centr\u00e9 sur les agriculteurs locaux.<\/p>\n

Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l’Administration du d\u00e9veloppement rural, y ont notamment particip\u00e9 le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Choi Kwang-ho, le chef de l’\u00e9quipe des donn\u00e9es d’intelligence agricole Shin Jae-hoon, le chef de la division de l’innovation pour l’avenir rural Choi Sang-ho et le chef de la division de l’innovation en gestion agricole Wi Tae-seok ; du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Hanjeongnong, le pr\u00e9sident de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration Kang Jong-seok, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Oh Se-hoon et le directeur du p\u00f4le des projets de formation Kim Il-su, entre autres.<\/p>\n
