La ville m\u00e9tropolitaine d’Incheon (Incheon, maire Park Chan-dae) organisera, du 16 au 20 septembre prochain, une op\u00e9ration de remboursement en bons Onnuri dans 33 march\u00e9s traditionnels de son territoire, afin d’all\u00e9ger le poids des d\u00e9penses alimentaires des habitants \u00e0 l’approche de la f\u00eate de Chuseok. Les consommateurs qui ach\u00e8teront des produits agricoles, d’\u00e9levage et de la mer d’origine cor\u00e9enne se verront rembourser jusqu’\u00e0 30 % du montant de leurs achats sous forme de bons, ce qui devrait constituer un soutien concret pour les m\u00e9nages faisant leurs courses en vue des f\u00eates.<\/p>\n

La ville m\u00e9tropolitaine d’Incheon a annonc\u00e9 qu’elle m\u00e8nerait, du 16 au 20 septembre, une op\u00e9ration de remboursement en bons Onnuri sur les march\u00e9s traditionnels, \u00e0 l’occasion de la prochaine f\u00eate de Chuseok, dans le but de dynamiser la consommation de produits agricoles, d’\u00e9levage et de la mer d’origine cor\u00e9enne et d’all\u00e9ger le poids des d\u00e9penses alimentaires des habitants. \u00c0 une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 la demande de produits frais s’accentue \u00e0 l’approche des f\u00eates, faisant grimper le co\u00fbt de la vie, l’objectif est d’aider simultan\u00e9ment les consommateurs et les commer\u00e7ants des march\u00e9s traditionnels.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

L’op\u00e9ration, r\u00e9partie entre produits agricoles et d’\u00e9levage d’une part et produits de la mer d’autre part, se tiendra dans 33 march\u00e9s traditionnels au total. Le volet consacr\u00e9 aux produits agricoles et d’\u00e9levage sera organis\u00e9 dans 13 march\u00e9s : le march\u00e9 international de Sinpo, le march\u00e9 de Songhyeon, le march\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Singi-Nambu, le march\u00e9 de Toji-geumgo, le march\u00e9 de Yongnam, le march\u00e9 de Songdo-yeokjeon, le march\u00e9 de gros traditionnel de Guwol, le march\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Bupyeong, le march\u00e9 d’Ilsin, le march\u00e9 de Gyesan, le march\u00e9 des produits d’\u00e9levage, le march\u00e9 de Gajwa et le march\u00e9 central de Jeongseojin.<\/p>\n

Le volet consacr\u00e9 aux produits de la mer sera mis en \u0153uvre dans 20 march\u00e9s : le march\u00e9 de Pungmul de Ganghwa, le march\u00e9 aux poissons g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d’Incheon, le march\u00e9 de Sinheung, le march\u00e9 de Seokbawi, le march\u00e9 de Yonghyeon, le march\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Nambu d’Incheon et le march\u00e9 de Singi, le march\u00e9 de Yongnam, le march\u00e9 d’Okryeon, le march\u00e9 de Guwol et le march\u00e9 traditionnel de Moraenae, le march\u00e9 de Mansu, le march\u00e9 traditionnel de Jangseungbaei, le march\u00e9 aux poissons traditionnel de Soraepogu, le march\u00e9 aux poissons g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Soraepogu, les march\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Bupyeong, de Bupyeong-kkang et g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Jinheung, le march\u00e9 de Jakjeon, le march\u00e9 de Gyesan, le march\u00e9 traditionnel de Gyeyangsan, le march\u00e9 de Gangnam, le march\u00e9 central de Jeongseojin, ainsi que les march\u00e9s de Geobuk et de Singeobuk. Dans la r\u00e9gion de Ganghwa, le march\u00e9 de Pungmul de Ganghwa figure parmi les march\u00e9s participant au volet des produits de la mer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Le m\u00e9canisme de remboursement pr\u00e9voit que, lorsqu’un consommateur ach\u00e8te pendant la p\u00e9riode de l’op\u00e9ration des produits frais agricoles, d’\u00e9levage ou de la mer d’origine cor\u00e9enne, il se voit restituer jusqu’\u00e0 30 % du montant de son achat sous forme de bons Onnuri. Le plafond de remboursement est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 20 000 wons par personne, le montant vers\u00e9 variant selon la somme d\u00e9pens\u00e9e. Un achat compris entre 34 000 et 67 000 wons donne droit \u00e0 10 000 wons de bons, tandis qu’un achat de 67 000 wons ou plus donne droit \u00e0 20 000 wons. Toutefois, l’op\u00e9ration pourra prendre fin de mani\u00e8re anticip\u00e9e une fois le budget allou\u00e9 \u00e9puis\u00e9 : les habitants souhaitant en profiter ont donc int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 se h\u00e2ter.<\/p>\n

Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du remboursement, les consommateurs devront se rendre au stand de remboursement install\u00e9 dans chaque march\u00e9, munis du ticket de caisse des achats effectu\u00e9s durant la p\u00e9riode de l’op\u00e9ration ainsi que d’une pi\u00e8ce d’identit\u00e9 ou d’une carte de cr\u00e9dit permettant de v\u00e9rifier leur identit\u00e9. Les bons Onnuri obtenus en remboursement pouvant de nouveau \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur les march\u00e9s traditionnels, l’op\u00e9ration devrait aussi permettre de faire circuler la consommation des f\u00eates au sein du commerce local.<\/p>\n
