However, narrow roads and a lack of pedestrian space have long caused inconvenience for residents and tourists alike.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The problem was particularly severe during the summer peak season. Every year, vehicles heading to the beach arrived all at once and caused heavy congestion on roads in the area. As tourist numbers grew, even residents&#039; daily travel became difficult.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The district replaced the narrow, aging road with a new two-way urban planning road.
