This event is a project that has been carried out since 2021 targeting culturally vulnerable areas in Changnyeong-gun, where the seven member groups of Changnyeong Arts Council visit villages directly and engage in various artistic activities with residents.

At the event, members of the Entertainment and Arts Association, Music Association, Traditional Korean Music Association, Film Association, and Literary Association will perform, the Photographers Association will take charge of longevity photography, and the Art Association will take charge of a daily crafts making program to provide residents with the joy of art. In addition, a village talent show time will be held in which residents can directly participate, and it is expected that this will open up an exciting space for communication.

Changnyeong Arts Council Chairman Ha Dong-chil said, “I am very happy that we can continue the event in the second half of the year, following the first half,” and added, “We will continue to carry out projects to expand opportunities for cultural enjoyment by visiting culturally underprivileged areas in Changnyeong County.”
