On August 22, 2024, Watchcam Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji-hoon Choi) and Hangang Trading Co., Ltd. (CEO Seung-hyun Hong) donated charity funds to support local welfare facilities. Seo-gu, Incheon. Donated items such as soy milk and hats will be delivered to the Gajwa Senior Citizens’ Cultural Center in Seo-gu through the Incheon Community Chest of Korea.
Mayor Kang Beom-seok announced that Incheon Seo-gu received donations from Watchcam Co., Ltd. and Hangang Trading Co., Ltd. on August 22, 2024. The donated items included beans. Milk and hats were prepared to support local welfare facilities, and will be delivered to the Gajwa Senior Citizens’ Cultural Center in Seo-gu through the Incheon Community Chest of Korea.
Watchcam Co., Ltd., a CCTV and installation parts manufacturer headquartered in Bucheon and Bupyeong, is contributing to the welfare of the local community by joining hands with Han River Trading Co., Ltd., a hat manufacturer in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province. Both companies have a history of regular donations to help the underprivileged in Incheon.
Watchcam CEO Ji-Hoon Choi stated his motivation for the donation, saying, “I decided to donate with my employees in the hopes that it would be of some help to local welfare facilities in Incheon.”
Mayor Kang Beom-seok said, “I sincerely thank the residents of Seo-gu for their continued warm interest. I will do my best to ensure that your warm spirit of sharing is passed on to our neighbors in need.”
The donations from both companies will strengthen support for those in need in the Western community, particularly the senior citizens at the Gajwa Senior Citizens Cultural Center.
