중랑구(구청장 류경기) 면목제3·8동주민센터는 지난 21일 면곡신용협동조합(이하 면곡신협)으로부터 이웃돕기 후원 물품을 전달받았다. 면곡신협이 후원한 물품은 따뜻한 이불 20채와 식료품 및 생필품이 담긴 ‘어부바 박스’ 30개로, 지역 내 저소득 취약계층을 돕기 위해 제공되었다.
On the 21st, the Myeonmok 3․8-dong Community Center of Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) received donation items from Meongok Credit Union (CU). The donation included 20 cozy blankets and 30 ‘Eobuba Boxes’ filled with food and daily necessities, intended to support low-income vulnerable groups in the local community.

 

이번 후원물품은 주로 홀몸어르신 및 복지사각지대에 놓인 저소득 취약계층을 위해 전달될 예정이다. 전달식에는 면곡신협 윤상근 이사장이 참석해 “작은 정성이지만 어려운 이웃들에게 도움이 되기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 지역사회와 함께 성장하며 지속적으로 나눔을 실천하겠다”고 전했다. 중랑구청은 이 물품들을 지역사회에 신속하게 배분할 예정이다.
The donated items will primarily be distributed to low-income seniors living alone and other vulnerable groups in welfare blind spots. At the donation ceremony, Meongok CU Director Yoon Sang-geun expressed his hope that “this small contribution can help our neighbors in need” and pledged to continue the union’s social contribution efforts alongside the local community. Jungnang-gu plans to promptly distribute the goods to those in need.

류경기 중랑구청장은 “면곡신협의 따뜻한 마음이 지역사회에 큰 힘이 되고 있다”며 “기부받은 성품을 지역 내 어려운 이웃들에게 잘 전달하겠다”고 밝혔다. 중랑구는 앞으로도 다양한 후원과 사회공헌 활동을 통해 지역사회의 복지를 강화할 계획이다.
Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi of Jungnang-gu stated, “The warm-hearted support from Meongok CU is greatly strengthening our community,” and added, “We will make sure that these donated items reach those in need in the area.” Jungnang-gu plans to continue enhancing community welfare through various donations and social contribution activities.
