Anseong City announced that it will promote a ‘real estate brokerage fee support project’ for low-income residents.

The real estate brokerage fee support project is a project that fully subsidizes up to 300,000 won in brokerage fees incurred when concluding a housing purchase contract or monthly rent lease contract worth 200 million won or less for recipients of national basic livelihood security.

To apply, download the application form (real estate brokerage fee claim form, personal information provision consent form) from the ‘Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal’ (https://gris.gg.go.kr), fill it out, and submit it to the Anseong City Hall Land Civil Affairs Division, Address and Real Estate Team along with the following documents: ▲National Basic Livelihood Security Recipient Certificate ▲Resident Registration Card (including address changes in the past 5 years) ▲Copy of Sales (Lease) Contract ▲Copy of Brokerage Fee Receipt ▲Copy of Bankbook (seizure prevention-specific bankbook is not acceptable).

Kwon Soon-kwang, head of the Land and Civil Affairs Division, said, “We will actively promote the real estate brokerage fee support project in the future to contribute to the housing stability of low-income families.”
