After questioning an uncertain future amid the sandstorms of Saudi Arabia, the poet finally took up the pen. This newly published poetry collection fully reflects the poet’s life and hopes, sincerely portraying a journey in search of genuine healing and the value of love, even amid the hardships of life.
To the poet, love is both the indefinable shape of life and an expectation for an unpromised future. The longing expressed in an elegy for a beloved woman deepens with time, like the rich fragrance of ginkgo leaves turning golden on an autumn day. The fog appearing throughout the poems serves as a mirror reflecting the comforting uncertainty of life, hope, and a yearning for tomorrow.
On rainy days, the poet enjoys the beautiful harmony created by raindrops striking the car window and water dripping from the eaves before stepping outside with an umbrella.
