Incheon Michuhol-gu Yongyeon 2-dong Residents’ Autonomous Council (Chairman Lee Dong-hyeon) announced that on August 24, as part of a pilot project for the Residents’ Autonomous Council, they successfully held a guitar band performance titled ‘Music~ Let’s Sing!’ at the ‘Yongmaru Village Theater’.
This performance was filled with 8 songs including singer Park Wan-gyu’s ‘I Loved You’, played with acoustic guitar and organ, and ended with a warm response from the residents. The performance provided the residents with the joy of music and became a meaningful time to spend with their families.
Since 2022, the Yongyeon 2-dong Residents’ Autonomous Council has been providing residents with various cultural experiences and creating a place for residents to come together by utilizing the large auditorium and facilities of the building. This year, the ‘Yongmaru Village Theater’ has been operating various programs such as movie screenings, Nanta performances, and LED magic shows, and the theater will close with a sand art performance in September.

Lee Dong-hyeon, the head of the residents’ autonomous council, said, “I hope this will be a valuable experience where you can feel the sentiment of music with your family at a nearby administrative welfare center,” and added, “I ask for the continued interest and participation of many residents in the Yongmaru Village Theater.”
This ‘Music, Let’s Sing!’ performance provided cultural enjoyment to the residents of Yongyeon 2-dong and served as an opportunity to further strengthen harmony in the local community.
