The program was designed to help youths develop the digital skills needed for future society through hands-on activities utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and software (SW).
The program will run four times over the month of August, with applications being accepted until the 23rd. Each session will accept 25 youths aged 10 to 16.
Participating youths will take part in various AI- and software-based hands-on activities centered on themes closely tied to daily life, such as digital safety, environmental protection, and disaster response. According to the culture house, the program was designed to help participants build not only digital technology skills but also problem-solving abilities and creative, convergent thinking.
Director Roh Woo-jin said, "I hope this will serve as an opportunity for young people to directly experience various digital technologies and build the competencies needed for future society." She added, "We will continue to operate programs that support the interests and growth of young people."
Youths who wish to participate can check the Yeonsu Youth Culture House website or inquire by phone at 032-831-3660.
